Reception staff will ensure compliance by checking valid IDs and credit cards during check-in or visitor registration.

All additional guests and visitors must be registered with full name and ID number at least 24 hours before their arrival.
Guests must present a valid and physical ID upon arrival. If the information does not match the registration, access will be denied.
Visitors must leave the property by 10:00 p.m.
Additional guests cannot exceed the room’s maximum capacity. Extra charges apply if capacity is exceeded.
Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
INAPPROPIATE BEHAVIOR
in the common areas of the building is NOT permitted (drug use, damage to property, fighting or violence)
The use of loudspeakers in the common areas of the building is not permitted.
The consumption of alcohol is not permitted in the common areas of the building.
Loud noises or music are not allowed after 10:00 PM.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO VIDEOS, NO PARTIES.
If the guest is not in the apartment by 11:00 AM for check-out and is not in the building, our staff may enter the apartment to pack any belongings left behind and place them in the lobby.
CHECK-IN
Is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM in the lobby.
ANY VIOLATION OF THE BUILDING RULES WILL RESULT 200 USD IN FINES

If you are Colombian or have been in Colombia for more than 90 days, we are required to charge a 19% VAT. This charge will be applied at the time of check-in.
