Only registered individuals are allowed on the property.

All additional guests and visitors must be registered with full name and ID number at least 24 hours before their arrival.
Guests must present a valid and physical ID upon arrival. If the information does not match the registration, access will be denied.
Visitors must leave the property by 10:00 p.m.
Additional guests cannot exceed the room’s maximum capacity. Extra charges apply if capacity is exceeded.Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Inappropiate behavior

Loud noises or music are not allowed after 10:00 PM.

If the guest is not in the apartment by 11:00 AM for check-out and is not in the building, our staff may enter the apartment to pack any belongings left behind and place them in the lobby.
Taxes
TAXES: (VAT): If you are Colombian or have been in Colombia for more than 90 days, we are required to charge a 19% VAT. This charge will be applied at the time of check-in.
